1. Delivery

Deliveries are made by mail or carrier at the risk of the recipient. Subsequent deliveries are always free of postage. We assume no liability for late or incomplete deliveries. Delivery by mail is 1 day after posting, with carrier within 1-2 days.

2. Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. Our recommended retail prices are shown in our webshop and include VAT. For invoicing, however, the stored dealer net prices are authoritative. We charge the prices valid on the day of delivery.

3. Annual Bonus

If the account balance is balanced, the bonus payment is made in the form of a credit note. The invoiced value of goods (excl. VAT) as at 31.12. of the year is decisive for the calculation. Bonus sales include all trade items. Vehicles/mopeds, net sales and liquidations are not eligible for bonuses.

Bonus levels
From CHF 10’000.- turnover = 2%.
From CHF 20’000.- turnover = 3%.

4. Terms of Payment

• Payment of the invoice with the enclosed payment slip within 30 days net.
• Unauthorized deductions and reminder costs will be charged subsequently.
• From the 2nd reminder onwards, a fee of CHF 15.- per reminder will be charged.
• The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.

5. Shipping Costs (excl. VAT)

• up to CHF 299.- postage/packing CHF 12.50.
• from CHF 300.- we deliver free of charge.
• Subsequent deliveries are always free of postage.
• Small quantity surcharge is not applicable.

6. Transport Costs

• Transport costs for complete trailer and trailer chassis are CHF 70.
• Transport costs per moped lump sum CH 100.

7. Defects

Complaints must be reported within 8 days after receipt of the delivery. Transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier.

8. Returns

All returns must be agreed with us in advance and must be made within 8 working days of the invoice date. For this purpose, the warranty return form must be completed in full and enclosed with the return together with a copy of the invoice. The goods must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Otherwise the credit note will be issued with minus 20%.

9. Consignments on Approval

Consignments on approval will only be carried out in exceptional cases and by prior arrangement. If they are not accepted, the delivered goods must be returned within 5 working days. Defective packaging/products will be invoiced.

10. Scope of Warranty

Improper maintenance, as well as wear or loss are excluded from the warranty. The warranty covers only the repair or replacement of the defective product. Warranty claims are made with a completed warranty return form. Unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer, our products are covered by a 2-year warranty, limited to manufacturing and material defects.

11. Warranty Exclusion

Any warranty service is excluded if the damage is due to causes such as external influences caused by impact, liquid, humidity, sand or extreme temperature, force majeure, improper or improper handling, including leaking batteries, tampering by unauthorized agencies and the use of non-original spare parts and accessories.

All previous versions are superseded by these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery.
