GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND DELIVERY
1. Scope of application
The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery apply exclusively to all our offers, sales and deliv-eries. Any deviations from them shall only be valid if spe-cifically agreed and confirmed by us in writing. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time.
2. Offer, purchase contract
All sales documents, quotations and offers are subject to change. We reserve the right to prior sale of goods in stock. Technical characteristics published in catalogs, price lists and stock lists are non-binding and do not beco-me part of the contract without express consent.
Deliveries are made by post or carrier at the recipient’s risk. Subsequent deliveries are always free of postage. We accept no liability for late or incomplete deliveries. De-liveries by post are made 1 day after posting, by forwarding agent within 1-2 days.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Our recommended retail prices are shown in our webshop and include VAT. However, the retailer net prices stored on the customer number are decisive for invoicing. We charge the prices valid on the day of delivery.
5. Terms of payment
Payment of the invoice using the enclosed payment slip within 30 days net.
Unauthorizeddeductions and reminder costs will be charged subsequently.
A fee of CHF 15 per reminder will be charged from the 2nd reminder onwards.
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
6. Transport Costs
- From CHF 300 we deliver free of charge.
- up to CHF 299 Postage/packaging: B Post CHF 12.50, A Post CHF 14.50
Subsequent deliveries arealways postage free

7. Transportation costs
Complete transportation costs for trailers, as well as
- Trailer chassis are a flat rate of CHF 70.
- Transportation costs per mopedamount to CH 100.
Complaints must be reported within 8 days of receipt of the delivery. Transport damage must be reported to the carrier immediately.
All returns must be agreed with us in advance and must be made within 8 working days of the invoice date. For this purpose, the Stähli AG return form must be completed in full and enclosed with the return shipment together with a copy of the invoice.
Please return goods from incorrect deliveries, incorrect orders or multiple orders as soon as possible – this is the only way we can resell the items at a stable price during the season. Invoices must be enclosed with the item.
Excluded from returns are
- Return of goods more than 30 days after delivery
- Liquidation items with reduced prices
- Incomplete, used, dirty and/or defective items
- Returns with damaged original packaging Bar codes, labels that make resale impossible
- Items that are installed for test purposes and therefore show signs of wear that make resale impossible
- The costs for a return shipment shall be borne by the sender.
10. Backlogs from orders
Backorders from orders with a value of more than CHF 25 will automatically be redelivered postage-free by B Post; backorders below this value will be redelivered with the next shipment if possible.
11. Scope of guarantee
Improper maintenance, wear and tear or loss are excluded from the warranty. The warranty only covers the repair or replacement of the defective product. In warranty cases, all shipping and packaging costs as well as removal and installation costs shall be borne by the customer. Further claims, e.g. claims for damages due to direct or indirect damage to property or personal injury, are excluded against Stähli AG. Claims arising from product liability must be asserted directly against the manufacturer of the products. Warranty claims are made with a fully completed warranty return form. Unless otherwise specified by the manufactur-er, our products are covered by a 2-year warranty, limited to manufacturing and material defects.
12. Warranty exclusion
Any warranty claim is excluded if the damage is due to causes such as external influences caused by impact, liquid, moisture, sand or extreme temperatures, force majeure, improper or improper handling, including leaking batteries, intervention by unauthorized bodies and the use of non-original spare parts and accessories.
