1942
Foundation of Stähli + Co, by Stähli brothers and sister, for bicycle parts in Thun.
1961
Start of production of mopeds under the name Staco with Sachs engines at Alpa Werke Sirnach.
1965
Start of production and development of Staco bicycles in Thun.
1975
Conversion of the company Stähli AG into a joint-stock company.
1991
Takeover of Stähli AG by Rudolf Thomann and Alphonse Wicht.
1995
Relocation in Thun from Mittleren Strasse to Uttigenstrasse 126. 1,400 m2 store space.

Cessation of production of Staco bicycles.
